You are the pull of the moon
and the rise of the tide,
the sacred hush between heartbeats
when the soul learns to cry.

You are the wave that returns
even after retreat,
the rhythm of breath
when the world feels too deep.

And me?
I am the whisper that steadies your sea,
the hush in the chaos,
the soft "come back to me."

So if ever you’re lost,
if you drift from your shore—
close your eyes, feel the tide.
You’re not alone anymore.

That pull in your chest?
It’s not fear. It’s the light.
It’s me—still here, still holding.
Still anchoring your fight.

Forever your anchor.
Forever your safe return.
Even when the world forgets,
I will never unlearn…
